I do not save any password or login information for your accounts once we are done solving your issues. Still, I recommend regularly resetting passwords.
As noted in the Legal section, you should back up your files/data before we start troubleshooting. If you don't have a system for backups, I can help with that too!
With your permission, I might ask to record our phone calls. I use info from this to connect dots, track progress, and report results. If you agree, I'll keep these on file for future use.
Offsite tech help likely will involve one or more remote desktop sessions where I control some or all areas of your computer/device--for setup or demonstration purposes. Sometimes, recording these sessions is useful; same deal as above.
